I’m supposed to be fat.

Both my mom and grandma fight weight gain. My dad’s side of the family (where I get most of my genes) all turned into beach balls by their late 30′s. There was a time where I could eat anything and everything and never gain an inch. Those days are over. Continue Reading

Make it a Joy
